and his problem with the right eye is nothing new,he has an eye twitch also.in that picture is better appreciated,but almost always has one eye more open than other.I don´t know the reason..

It's not permanent, there are some pictures and interviews where he is "normal" and pictures like that where he seems paralized.
It seems more a neurological involuntary reaction: he contracts the muscles of the face from the eye to the jaw. I read that It could depend from many factors including stress and emotions. It happens to many ex addicts: someone shakes and someone else has muscle spasms and involuntary reflexes.
I think the guy is too nervous and assuming tons of caffeine via diet coke doesn't help him.
He needs to relax.

and lots of red bull doesn´t help...and of course been next to coco,she scares anyone..


I also read somewhere that he was beaten in an eye when he was young..looking at old pics in many of them he has a more open eye:
