I like Em's verses, but for me, Lil Wayne's are just so slow and boring that I'd have to skip over half the song to actually get to anything I enjoy.

So many people on here seem to love that song but I just can't stand it. I've literally listened to it once, and that was when Recovery leaked. I have not gone back to it since, I hated it that much. I mean I listened to even Love The Way You Lie more than fucking once lmao.

The singing is cringeworthy, the beat doesn't fit in the slightest; but what really bothers me is just the fact that he shoved loads of shitty punchlines into a song that is supposed to be a tribute to his best friend. If anything the song seems to be mostly self-centered around himself, since he talks about getting his spark back and all this shit. It's like c'mon man. I just thought it was an awful tribute. Honestly. Difficult is so so so SO much better.

I think you just wanted to say that this song sucked because alot of people dislike it.

Don't put fucking words into my mouth, I clearly said I don't like a song that is full of singing, which is what constitutes a pop song these days, the person sings through the whole thing. If there is just singing on the hook or even a verse of good singing in a rap song I'll have no problem with it. I've already explained why I don't like Hailie's Song, it's practically a pop song with a rap verse in it rather than the other way around & the subject matter is corny as fuck.

As for the other songs you all seem to cherish so fucking dearly & call the gems of Encore (Mockingbird, Like Toy Soldiers, Yellow Brick Road) or Beautiful, those are emotional songs done wrong. On a personal level I don't relate to any of them, on a technical level they're unimpressive, the way they sound doesn't even appeal to me (besides Mockingbird, it has a nice beat). Whereas other emotional songs like say Into The Arms Of Angels by AOTP, You Never Know by Immortal Technique or Nocturnal Rainbows by Hopsin I may be unable to relate to but the skill displayed in those songs & how good they sound makes me like them.

Examples of good emotional Eminem: Rock Bottom, If I Had, The Way I Am, Cleaning Out My Closet, Soldier, Say Goodbye Hollywood, Sing For The Moment, Till I Collapse, Deja Vu, Going Through Changes.
