J Cole and Tech N9ne not being on that list makes it invalid immediately, on any level. The fact that Big Sean and Wiz Kalifa (talented as they might be), openly admitted to compromising artistic integrity for commercial success and will both attempt to make more "genuine" sounds in the future is a bad reflection of the consumers musical taste.

Besides the cypher... Eminem had a reasonably quiet year. BME was a great EP IMO but it served its purpose- to market Royce and that should be good enough.
Wale was "hotter" in the media than Eminem was tbh. That awful song (freakin destroys my ears) with Miguel was always in some countdown corporate corrupt list. #fuck

Great point. I am appalled that these rappers actually admitted to it...and it made no impact whatsoever. Their fans don't seem to care that their favorite rappers like money over the music.
