I think most of us on you have used http://vocaroo.com/ to record ourselves, and without the instrumental. But you could probably play an instrumental in the background while you speak.

I just play the instrumental on the speakers and then rap. I guess you have to put your mic in a good position to catch both your voice and the beat.
