I know where people are coming from with the accent, and i know that there will be "eminem" songs on the album for them. But as far as Shady, it's come to a point where if you can't like a song when he puts on accents and goes fucking mad with the multi's, then you probably shouldn't buy Relapse lol

Atleast Em's kept to his promise to "experiment", the split of people hating it and loving it shows that he's tried something different.

What happened in We Made You when he says, "You should hear the rest of my album..." I mean hopefully all of these songs are just for hype and thats why he doesn't care about what people are saying about them and making you pay for the best songs. I voted GOOD. I personally like it but I can see lots and lots of people getting frustrated with the voice, but I think that he is using that voice to show that he can put out half assed shit and it still better than just about everything out now.. LOL

This song would be way better without the accent. If he spit it like in "The Real Slim Shady" voice than this would be dope as fuck. But he just has to put on some "new flow"

Yeah this is a good song. its nice to listen to and dre's beat has that 2001 feel about it. was great to hear em's natural voice on the chorus and some of the verses. when he develops into a crazy voice i dunno....iv noticed that certain words wouldnt ryme if he didn't do that.....a whole song of his old voice would be amazing but im pretty sure he's gonna use this crazy slim shady voice on most songs.....

we are still waiting for a serious song though. although tbf he has already written Sing for the moment, til i collapse, stan, way i am etc....so he can't write them again can he and you can't replicate classics. in 5 years maybe this song will be a classic ... maybe by then he will be rapping in italian. i dno. lets be happy he aint in rehab and getting fat.

What? I hated that Trick joint... I sem-liked CAB, I liked We Made You, I loved 3AM when it first came out and still do. I just don't like this song. My opinion hasn't wavered on any of the above which confuses me... unless I'm blacking out like EM in 3AM and have a poor recollection of what I do/say. My posting history would indicate I hated Encore and was quite pessimistic towards Relapse because of that. I won't let one bad LP spill over on to how I feel about Relapse and I was stupid for doing so before.

If you may, please backup your claim. That post, was my initial reaction I don't see why I should censor myself on a forum. After a few more listens I find the the beat/chorus/Dre's part to be amazing. Still not sold on Em's verse, at least on his previous songs the "accent", whatever it is he's doing, doesn't take away from the track.

I put classic. I know it's not exactly that but cause it's the first song since Crack A Bottle by Eminem that I've immediately enjoyed and played it all over again various time. This gives me more hopes, more hype, I'm enjoying the song, for me this gets a "Classic" rating just for those reasons really. But then apart from that there's the beat I like, Dre's voice and verses and very much Eminem's verses. The accent does not bother me in this song, I have really been noticing it much.
