if you're talking about No Love, it's not about when it's done but when it's appropriate to be out, if LTWYL video out in August obviously they have to wait at least 2 months for another video otherwise it would steal each other hype.
I'm not hyped for No Love video anyway, probably bunch of cheap CGI like DTW with them not even in the same scenes
