True. That is a fair point that you made about Em bringing it up 8 years later. There's one or two factors that make it a little different though; one being that it's become accustomed of Em to bash "celebs" in his songs now and whether anyone likes to admit it or not, it has become more acceptable and within the norm. I mean no-one expected Nick to spazz out about it so much when Bagpipes came out because many of us would think to ourselves "well thats just Em, that's what he does". The other factor that comes into it is that Nick seems to be just continually beating and beating at it lately, constantly mentioning Em on twitter, talking shit about him on his radio show and of course making the "diss" track that he just made. Em kept it on wax whereas Nick seems to all of a sudden feel the need to take it everywhere he goes with him.

However like I said, you do have a very fair point in that Nick isnt the only one of bringing it up so long after we thought it had been laid to rest.
