Tech is mad overrated on this site. His flows are tight as hell, but his lyrics are just OK to me. Regardless, I would love to see this collab happen as long as it's more than just a hot 16 type track. Maybe a dark concept track? Yehhh Maine.

I don't want Tech on Eminem's album, but I'd love them to collab on Techs. That's not saying Tech is bad, he would just be a bump in the road on an Eminem album regardless of how dope he came off. Just my opinion.

No, no, no. I mean could you image Tech on an Eminem album? I seriously can't, I mean fuck I'd love Kendrick to be on an Eminem album but the style's probably wouldn't blend in with the rest of the album. You never know though until it happens.

Edit: It's more of him feeling out of place. I dunno how to explain it. Like I know they could do something dope but you said something like him wanting to be on Renegade and that kind of just made me feel that way about him being a bump in the road. I dunno, it would just feel misplaced.

Yeah, no. Tech's one of my favorite artist and I have nearly all his albums. I'm just saying. And yeah Lil Wayne and Rihanna were out of place, and I gave a fuck. The only artists at this point that I could image on an Eminem album would be Dr. Dre, 50 Cent (GRODT version), Slaughterhouse (or just Royce), Jay-Z, Nas, or Redman. I love Kendrick, Hopsin, and TECH N9NE, but I could never image them on an Eminem album. Fuck, that doesn't mean I wouldn't be happy to see them featured, but I don't know how that would work with the overall flow of the album. I would love to see Yelawolf (probably more than any other artist I listed) and Obie on there, but I just don't see them fitting on the record. And I know I mentioned style, but it also kind of transcends that as well.

Edit: Actually, I'm thinking about it more. It'd fit better, in my mind, if it were on a darker toned album and Eminem is going in that direction I believe. It was just the mentioning of Renegade that got me spitting this bullshit. That is one track, no matter what style used, Tech would never fit on. Ever....

No don't take it as ranting. Sorry if I'm coming of as aggressive, I'm really not. But you mentioned it by saying Tech wanted to do a verse and I kind of imagined that and was like, "Oh fuck no." Then, I kind of imaged him being on The Eminem Show with one of his chopper flows (I know that's not all he does). Anyway, it won't probably happen anyway seeing how almost no one gets on an Eminem album. He never had a shit ton of features.

It sounds like Tech is being shunned by Shady's camp or some shit. Like there's gotta be a core reason why this collab keeps getting dodged. Because the fans on both sides want it, and I don't think Tech has wanted a collab more than with Em. I feel like, Em has known that Tech has been trying to get at him for what, 7 years now? And yet Em for some reason keeps collabing with other people, some who weren't even around when Tech started reaching out. At this point it's like, just fuckin give the guy a verse. jesus christ -.- he's earned it

edit 2: also, just a thought. Tech's underground fanbase is stronger and larger than ever right now. This would renew Em's rep as a lyrical heavyweight in 2012/2013. Like what Decimation did in 2010. To show that he can keep his head above water with Tech is beautiful marketing for/towards the hardcore hiphop heads (if we're looking at this from a business standpoint).

Tech is hardly underground... since his last album i dont see why em wont put out record with him pretty much like you said unless someone on shady is stopping it.
