Kill yourself, you unbelievable dolt.
NO, they are NOT pronounced the same, you fucking imbecile. Chocolate is pronounced, "CHAWK-lit" by most Americans, not "CHOCK-lit." It has nothing to do with the silent "L." It's the difference between the "o" sound in "coffee" and "nonsense"..."cost" and "roster."
You are so unfathomably stupid that every fucking explanation of phonetics sails over your vacant head. Every single fucking time.
How did you get so dumb? I'm serious...it doesn't seem humanly possible.
..."Choc" and "Chalk" are pronounced the same.
Uh...who's talking about "choc," whatever the hell that even is? I was using the spelling c-h-o-c-k to illustrate the phonetics.
I'm talking about the difference between "chocolate" and "dropped." Listen to Eminem rap it in Brain Damage - the pronunciation is different. Chalk-lit versus DRAH-PPED. The "o" sound in "chocolate" is different from the "o" sound in "dropped." Eminem himself illustrates this difference in the fucking song. But on paper, he meant for "chocolate milk" to rhyme with "dropped and spilt." He was thinking of an alternate pronunciation for "chocolate" (chahk-lit...I'll change it to "ah" to make it more clear what I mean - i.e., open your mouth and say "ah").
