You clearly haven't read any of my posts in this thread. But I'll summarise it for you: The shouting worked with the likes of "Despicable" and then some of the tracks on Recovery such as "Almost Famous" and "Cold Wind Blows". But as he carried it on, and on....and on, after Recovery, it has become repetitive, totally pointless and extremely annoying to the ear.
Yeah dude I understand that, I think that myself. But the same could be said for the accent.
Worked for Stay Wide Awake and Deja Vu, bombed for 3AM and Medicine Ball
etc, etc.
Point is, i'm saying I like the shouting better because I think no matter how annoying the shouting is, the accent keeps him from really touching on points and getting emotional.

Well firstly, you said "the accent is better [than the shouting] technically". How does this make sense? How can a voice be technical?
Onto the point your making now. A point I assumed you meant to make originally.
Using an accent to rhyme words that shouldn't rhyme isn't really being that technical. People seem to see this as Relapse's strong point. When it's not, it's a weakness, as it makes Em's job easier.
That's just one reason why the technical aspect of his first three albums is so much stronger than Relapse. Em didn't use an accent on his first three albums but still rhymed words that aren't technically rhymes. Lots of rappers do it.
Rhyming effortlessly, creatively and smoothly shows great technicality. Using an accent to rhyme words doesn't.
I never said the accent[voice] was better than the shouting[voice] technically. That's stupid. If I said that I didn't mean to. I simply meant that him rapping with an accent allowed him to have more technical lyrics than him shouting. Not saying that him shouting can't have more technical lyrics on some songs, but overall.
Now, on to the rest of what you said. Yeah, I basically agree with all of that, I don't like the fact that the accent is overpraised when, really, it was probably way easier for him because he had so many options on how to say things, as I said. Back on his first three albums he could tell a story in a normal accent an rhyme flawlessly.
