If D12 does release an album, I think it would be amazing if they named it Devil's Night 2. Just to go along with what Bizzare said on Cheer's outro. It would would also give the album hype because of the reputation of Devil's Night.

It was clear the album would be released in early summer since they announced the tour dates.

I think it will be in June, like Recovery.
