HA! I'm now on underground. I love this whole album. This is what I was hoping for. My mom has a similar feel to Our House and Brain Damage to me. I thought the second verse was hilarious. I have it paused on underground. Feels like some old Slim Shady shit. I love the wet cement line.

Insane was just insane, not in a good way but its just way obvious hes tryin way 2 hard 2 push the limit and pushed it so far 2 the point that it failed like fack (its obviously not that bad but the results were similar).

The 1st half of the album pales in comparison to the second half, I had tempered expectations coming into Relapse and this exceeded anything I believe Em was capable of putting out.

the rest are great as well. the only track i don't like is "Crack A Bottle". prolly the weakest song on the list. but i can look past that one cuz the rest of the songs more then make up for it. it's a great album in my eyes. better than Encore and Slim Shady LP. it's about equal to his other two albums to me cuz they all have their strengths and weaknesses. i was talkin with tash about this and thank god for damn near no features

I don't feel really good with that leakin'... but fuck it that man who do shit like that probably get a lot of money... whatever if someone is really fan no mather that you download album or not - most important thing is that we go to store and we buy original album.

I think that this album is equal with others without encore... but from the other hand is hard to comparing. This album is different I think that relapse is sickest, insane-est and more dark than his earlier album. I can't compare Relapse with The Eminem Show - this is two totally different albums.
In my opinion eminem going to another level with his music, his video and his art.

ok and one more think... I notice that relapse are rather calm album. We don't hear angry Eminem with flow like Most Shady, Till I Collapse but I love climat of this album. Album album album shit I repeat oneself

Relapse has dope beats. no doubt. but... he kinda ruins the beats on SOME... like stay wide awake.

his lyrics are dope but his flow and his non necesssary sounds in the intro like oh oh oh or im back! or w/e it makes it sound cool but the song overall cant grab my attention fast enough

not hating. i love underground and beautiful is awesome too.

but i think if he maintained a more... inconsistent flow then it MIGHT sound better. might not

I downloaded it right away when the link was out (and this forum down).


I gave it a listen today, and I need to listen more to come with a conclusion, but here is what I think so far:

I like this album. If I don't look at Eminem's earlier work, and I don't compare with that; this album is good!
I really like Underground, Beautiful. Insane, Deja Vu.
And then these are the songs that I just like: Stay Wide Awake, My Mom and Same Song & Dance.

I think I like it better than Encore, even though Encore had more serious songs than this one.

In Relapse he is more SSLP, he just doesn't have the voice he had that time.
I also notice this time he cussing a lot. Lot more than some of his earlier songs.


Currently I like the album, even though I wished the accents were gone, but they don't bother me that much-

My favourite is still TES.
