Chandra Leavy was a woman who went missing around the time of TES, hence she "left" or went "Leavy" its kind of a silly pun.

No what happened was Chandra Levy was missing, they didn't know if she was kidnapped or had just left, it was all over the news, like 4 days after TES dropped she was found dead, my interpretation was em saying "how can one Chandra be so Levy" as "leave-y" as in leave, how could she leave, just using her name for wordplay, assuming she just left her family, when in fact after the album dropped it was found out she was apparently kidnapped and murdered so yeah that's what it means

EDIT: did not see people answered this, I found this in page 5 or 6 right after that little beef from nobodies trying to talk big on the internet, so I apologize.
