These are not the songs of a top 10 rapper. Pac, Jay, Big, Nas, LL, Rakim, KRs, Ice Cube, and a couple others all have better catalogs that stood the test of time.
It's his own fault. He sold out and became a pop star. Like Irv GOtti said, Em could've took a beat like Hard Knock life and it would still be a hit. But he decided to do things that can only work for him. Dude's catalog is horrible. Not to mention between 2003-2009, he really didn't do shit.
Bagpipes is definitely not a bad song. It's one of the most enjoyable tracks from Relapse. It's actually quite funny and clever too
