Just listening again, I love this shit.

I hope the album is more than just a 'clear headed Recovery-esque' album. Hope it has dark concepts and original themes... but man, all that aside, this song is just crack.

Finally sorted the fucking production too... again, I hope the other tracks are more rap-like in production, not just guitar/clap kinda beats... but man even this beat, it's SUCH an improvement over Recovery production, thank god he stopped using overproduced shit with shitty drums... this music sounds like a solid backbone, no shitty fucking tin drums and too much going on... it's just right.

I agree. The song bangs. I don't understand the hate for it because people compare it to a poor man's TIC.

But when you actually look at the lyricism, I actually think some of his lines and thoughts on this and "Cinderella Man" are better than TIC...

When they revealed xbox one a a few months ago and they had a teaser trailer for cod it had the instrumental playing in it so I wonder what really is the marketing for album or if Ems album was suposed to be out or at least announced before the full reveal from yesterday but cause of Em delaying it or still working on it that this came out of no where before single as it was to late hence the weird stragergy move of album track coming out and no annoucement of when album is out, date, name and single.

The flows, content and wording for me in survival is lot more exciitng for me to hear than Till I Collapse hence why I agree with Base as its so badass. Till I Collpase of course is a lot stronger, passionate and powerfull (Arguably) but just not as exicitng to hear. It's the same for me with Relapse to any other Em album. When I hear realpses with the dynamic flows, ryhthm phrasing, it makes all previous work boring as music is so addicting to hear and can just get more replay value out of it. Of course it aint better album than MMLP or Emshow but Relapse i can just put on anytime and enjoy the music and detail of it so much more than any other Em album as its so refreshing to hear every time.

It's still nice after a few more listens today... Em's proven he can do that kinda records but I really think he should move on & start doing another type of tracks 'cuz those ones get a bit annoying at times. Again, I like the song but honestly I don't think another album with such material would apply the way Recovery did.
The second & the third verse have some very nice lines regardless...
