Its not like he only makes tracks when its time to go in an album (i'm sure he's already had plenty of tracks finished). Its 3-4 month later, he should be getting close. I don't agree with the end of 2013 talks.

This sounds more like Dre than Em. How many times have other artists pushed their albums back to focus on Eminem's? Plenty. I don't remember many times it's been the other way around, and I don't think that's the case now.

He said in August (I think with Sway and Slaughterhouse) that he was just starting to get into making his new album.

when it comes to talk about working in the album, I don't believe half of what he says.

About the collaborations, of course it will delay the album, he can't be foccused when he is working with 50, rihanna, yelawolf , Skylar, slaughterhouse....

Yes he can, especially Em. He put out The Eminem Show, 8 mile, 8 mile soundtrack, and Obie trice's cheers (which em was in 4 tracks), plus 50 cent's Get Rich Or Die Tryin' all within the same year. Now you're saying that he couldn't have finished an album and collaborated with a few artists in half that time?

BTW, yelawolf is done, slaughterhouse is done. He has been workin on his own shit, and possibly skylars. A collab with two other artists will not delay the album, if anything, he probably did those collabs because he wants to build hype for his album.

Or maybe he lied about just getting into the album so we'll all be like, "Whoa, that came out of nowhere!"

It come down to two possibilities: he's in the finishing stages of his album, thus allowing him to work with other artisits; or working with these artists is delaying production on the album.

But he can still put out the same amount of music. Same number of hours in a day, days in a year. He's got his nose to the grindstone these days.

None of that has anything to do with how much time he can nowadays dedicate to music. Not everybody takes time to "charge the batteries"- some just hit the ground running and keep going, driven by pure obsession without regard to its effect on themselves. He can still make music the same number of hours a day with a process similar in timeframe. The quality will vary by his skill level, but so far as actually being able to put out a lot of material and not delaying the album from it- hell yeah he can do that. It comes down to schedule and action (governed by personality). Everything I've ever heard from Em in interviews and news indicates a still equally strong work ethic since mounting his comeback as before the decline.
