Ehh, this shit was below avrage.
Fucking wack beat, Banks was boring and Ems long ass verse didn't get to me at all. What is up with all these recent love tracks? Sorry to say, but Em hasn't engaged me for some time now. A couple of tracks off Recovery really got to me, but this is just mindless shit chat.

Back on topic...this sounds like a verse he would have done for Recovery, but love tracks don't really bother me, as long as they're not all sweet and shit. Like this, about getting over people...that's what I like about these love tracks. The only one that seemed "sweet" was Space Bound, and even then the end is a little violent

But yeah, I agree. I don't mind a love song either, but recently there's been a lot of them and the quality on some has been a lot lower then what I expect from Em. On Recovery a lot of the love songs was just metaphores for something else, like the drug metaphore in Space Bound. It works both way though, which gives the song a lot more depth. Either way, I hope he changes direction for the next album. Can't handle 10+ lovesongs in the next era.

Do you notice that a big part of the new songs Em finished his verses with acapella p.e. All She Wrote, Where I'm At, Need A Doctor etc.
