I think it really depends on how it is gonna do on the charts... I mean I expect it to do well & if it does well they'll capitalize on it... esp. if it hits #1.

After listening all morning, here's my thoughts.

Gets better with each listen. Considering its a stadium song, his voice, flow and lyrics are way ahead of recovery. The third verse especially (just a pity about the achoo line to finish it). The first few bars of the third verse are TIC level awesome in terms of flow and his voice.

Only thing that worries me is the production. While I don't mind the beat on this, I hope it's not a sign that the rest of the album will have recovery style beats.

Just can't fucking wait to hear the next song, which hopefully isn't a big anthem style track. This type of voice and flow over a more relaxed beat could be unbelievably good.

Overall, I give the track an 8-8.5, or a 6.5-7 on the Eminem scale.

I love the vocals. So clear. Don't sound like they were mixed by some youtube wannabe producer.


A lot of detail was paid to this song. And I am expecting it on the entire album. Three years of OCD Em in the studio.


Like the third verse. There are echos on "it", "spit" "quit", and "boxes" "screwdrivers"it just sounds cool on headphones, didn't even hear it the first 800 plays.

It's recovery pt 2 , which is what I was expecting for the most part. His flow is what we've been seeing from him lately. I just don't dig the changes in levels in his voice, and constant over emphasizing of words/ryhmes. I wish he'd just flow more natural like he used to. Not a bad song, it's great to hear him back and his lyricism is crazy as ever, but I hope he tones it down a bit on some of his other songs.

Nah, look at what he's saying...it wasn't about the money/fame, fuck Eminem (M&M)...he's just talking about how it was a time where his name, which is an initial, meant fuck all.

Plus its kinda cool how an acronym "stands for something" lol.
