Porter hates it when people ask him about Eminem/D12 or w/e so he probably just said no to keep ppl from asking questions. Or they might not be working on an album but solo songs for albums. Either way it'd be cool

But in all seriousness, I believe that it's hard for Em to be around D12 without Proof. It doesn't feel complete. So he distances himself, and does what he can where he can like these three songs.
