Relapse 2 Throw Away Song(s)

Remember in a interview in Angela Yee I think it was, Eminem said that how he made a new album (Recovery) and just scrapped Relapse 2, and threw away all those tracks into the trash and just picked the best one's out of the bunch. & now this "Cocaine" track supposedly was suppose to be for Relapse 2, do you guys think that he didn't throw those away and just kept them for whenever he dies or retires them people would just release them as mixtape or whatever like they did with Michael Jackson & 2Pac ? just wondering if you guys think that "Did he really throw them away or did he just say that". Anyways, what do you think. Sorry, I don't know if this track belongs in Shady Chit-Chat or here if belongs in the other section a mod whatever could move it...So0o0, what yah think ?

He must be mistaken.Cause first off does it sound anything off relapse sessions ? no.Does it sound like something off recovery ? yes. Em said beautiful was a exception from the relapse sessions and most off the song was recorded way before 08.Thirdly em said only dre produced for him around relapse time and didnt work with anyone else during the two albums there made together for both albums.Finally the beat was deffo not from dre or em and how many producers did he work with on recovery ? a lot.So surely this was for recovery or when he started to change direction.

Hm...Cocaine could've been for R2, I mean...I think Relapse 2 was planned to be released around the same time Recovery was, all he did was change the name and direction a bit.

No he scraped relapse 2 dude and went into a whole new direction as the songs he was doing after relapse 1 were completely different.Check the interviews

Probably when he started to change direction, i bet he intended it to be on R2 but scrapped it to make Recovery.

Yeah I'm sure he has hella songs for relapse 2 that are stashed in his vault. And cocaine does sound like it came off of it. Even he says "I'm relapsing back into this game". I believe in interviews it was said that em was gonna work with dre on relapse and branch Out to other producers on relapse 2, hence the reason dj premier was going to produce that "keys to the city" track for the album... But we see where that went. I also remember some dj (I believe alchemist) said that relapse was the Slim Shady LP on crack and 2 would be Marshall Mathers LP on crack

Cocaine was for the "emotionally driven" Relapse 2. Which would turn into Recovery. It was still Relapse 2 until Not Afraid's announcement

Cocaine must have been recorded in early 2010, he still uses the accent at the VERY end of the second verse. But, it still sounds Recovery-ish. I think Recovery is just Relapse 2 renamed, and he just added more recently recorded songs on it. On Fire and So Bad were probably intended for the emotional Relapse 2 as well

I want to hear the original Relapse 2, the one that had Buffalo Bill and Elevator. Because we got the emotional Relapse 2 already, in the form of Recovery

Cocaine was for R2, koolo said it, and i belive him couse it sounds like it coud be for R2. Yeah he doesn't use the accent but it's not nessecairry for all song which were supposed to be for R2 to had the accent. Recovery is a verry different album from R2, we just use this title couse we didn't know the original one till NA droped!!! Em said it by himself that this was the working title!! So we have Relapse and R2 (maybe even R3) and Recovery!! No such think as emotional relapse 2 or serial killer relapse 2 or some shit like that!!!
