From what Koolo has written on RB, it's unlikely that "I Need A Doctor" will ever be officially released

And this is primarily because the people in the Shady/Dre camps think it's gotten a negative reception. INAD was originally scheduled to be the Intro track for Detox. But now since the leak, according to Koolo, Dre doesn't want to talk about the song.

So WE NEED TO SAVE INAD! It's my favorite thing Em has done post-recovery,& almost all fans seem to agree that it's great. And most Em fans think the public would eat it up - emotional content, great chorus, return of Dre, etc. The song would do 10X what Kush has done especially with an Em + Dre video.

I think we should start this fan campaign by Tweeting people about how much we love INAD and how well it would do if released on Detox, iTunes, etc. Maybe also let them know how Nas loved it and how it inspired him.

I think that Em's team has been generally clueless about public opinion recently..why else promote Won't Back Down like a single instead of Space Bound? Why make We Made You as a first single?

The loud whooshing spaceship sounds are a big part of the problem, but they're jut tags that would be taken out of the final version.

The beat does sounds too loud and busy but maybe that's because our version isn't mastered.
