Nooo idea what my reaction was. 11 years old when MMLP dropped and I heard him for the first time. Those were the days... Just singing along without knowing what the hell he/I said :worship:

LOL, I did end up buying it like a week later. I started listening to Em in 07, so, I really came in late and TES was the first album I heard from him

Well, I kinda grew up with Eminem. All three of my older siblings listened to him alot. So I'd hear his songs through the wall all the time. And I never had anything against it, I've always liked Eminem actually. So I knew who he was back in first grade (which was 2001 for me). And later on, in fourth grade or so, me and my friends started listening to him too. We weren't full blown fans, and we had no idea what he was saying at all, but we listened quite alot to it. I remember FACK came around the time we started to learn english, and we had so much fun listening to it xD

Then I kinda started listening to rock alot. I'd still listen to rap sometimes though (mainly just Eminem). In 8th grade I was the only one in my grade who actually liked Eminem, then I heard the news about Relapse, and I was so excited. And ever since then I've been following almost everything he does. And I've listened to all his old songs so many times that I know most of them by heart. It was first when I got really into him and looked at his lyrics that I relaized how amazing he was, and ever since then I've been a huge fan. :smoking:

That's cool. Always fun to hear how "new" fans got into him. :y: I heard him the first time, as I said, in 2000 but it was just Stan and The Real Slim Shady which everybody were listening to and I couldn't care less. I kept on listening to Backstreet Boys and N'Sync (no joke) and then, in 2002, I saw TES in the record store and got my mom to buy it for me. Don't know why, the cover looked cool, lol. Been a Stan ever since.

I mean, I do too, but there's been a few days where I wanted to listen to something else. Too much of a good thing can make it become sour. But, for the most part, I'm the same :y:
