De La Soul and Outkast definitely take it from him, guys that rival him would be Pac, Mobb Deep (Infamous-Murda Muzik), Cunninlynguists, Del released one great album and one classic in the same year, sure there are a lot of others with a decent streak that rivals Em.

Those were off the top of my head, obviously there's A LOT more. Not even knocking on Em as he's one of the few in the mainstream rappers to have three consecutive great-classics, but you'd be naive to believe he's the only one in Hip Hop to do that.
