There was a zip file around the time it was released where people had tried to make instrumental versions by isolating the vocals, so you could still hear Em rapping really low cause it wasn't perfect

But this guy http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-SfysFN_RiY has re-made a couple Recovery beats almost perfectly (especially Cold Wind Blows) and that includes On Fire, so i would take a look at that
