Demonstrating against Em

So what you think about organisations going on streets in the past? Why they stopped? You wish, they'd return?

I think, that was hilarious. How many artists are there outside, being able to create something like that? All the demonstrators didn't get it, that they couldn't stop him, they even made a lot of publicity for him (I'm talking about the MMLP period). So I really laugh(ed) my ass off.

Ahaahahahahahhahahahaha that made me laugh, it's just so great when i think of how much Em was nasty.
He really was that bad guy who made fun of everyone and pissed them off.

I don't think it would be very mature for Em to make controversy again though, but it sure would be funny. Mocking Gaga would be cool though :y:

^ Sad but true.

Shit like that couldn't happen these days, everyone is offensive nowadays, half of them being so just cause they think they're funny by doing so.

He's still making (okay, not that much), so if they wanted, they could still attack him. Would be ridiculous as fuck. But you're right, he's new Recovery image presumes he's much more mature, so probably it wouldn't fit ...

^ Yep. I agree with this, but the formula didn't work like it used to. okay, Relapse wasn't mature at all but we came to an era that people aren't chocked as much as they use to.
There's no taboo anymore..

But if he released insane as a single with a music video, now that would have been dope. lol ...

With Beautiful, Not Afraid, Love the way you lie and now space bound people will think he only makes depressing songs.. He has to come with something else, something that people don't expect from him now. Or he'll use the same thing, doing songs like that until people get tired of it.

Ps: btw i loved both albums.

He came back with Relapse, not mature at all.

Fans wanted this.

If you're complaining (not you specifically), then you're an idiot.

Relapse Em went at everyone. Even beefed with Mariah.

Yeah. I'm sure he wanted to create a disaster with Relapse, but nearly no one gave a fuck. Image

The point is, if he brings out something like 3 A.M., the radio stations won't play it that much and the clip will be shown even less.

Yeah, but what could he do to shock America? Personally I got a vision, don't laugh: He should act like he died. There would be a big hype, they would compare him to Tupac, Elvis, Michael Jackson. There'd be obviously rumours of him living in (let's say) Compton locked in Dre's basement, with people responding: "Yeah, and yesterday I've seen Elvis in Vegas!" After 1 year the big appearence on the Grammys, as a kinda surprise clearly (with rumours spread before the show). America would go nuts!!!! Image

Naaaah, that's not the point of the thread. I got nothing against gays, even if I'm clearly happy to love chicks.

I don't know who Jimmy actually is, but yes, I can imagine them preventing Em from mocking Lady Gaga. They're on the same record label, and Gaga is making them the most money by far atm. She's their biggest star, and too precious for them, and if Em disses her, it will hurt her reputation, so they'll try and stop him doing it, and knowing Em these days, he'll probably just obey them.

But yeah, her fans would go nuts if he dissed her. 50 Cent dissed one of her tours in a radio interview and it's actually quite frightening how angry some of her fans got...

^
Wikipedia:
James "Jimmy" Iovine (last name pronounced Eye-Veen; born March 11, 1953) is an American music producer, entrepreneur and chairman of Interscope-Geffen-A&M.

Em and Gaga and a lot of artists are part of Interscope, and the two biggest stars are Em and Gaga. So it's obvious he doesn't want them to have some kind of beef.. :(
