I'm not saying he does, I don't think he ever has, espec. with the method he has of not listening to other music when he's recording, but I was listening to Swagger Jacker by Cam'ron, the Jay-Z diss, and Jay bites from everybody, it's ridiculous.

The only line I can remember him re-using was at the end of Realest Killas when he sang the Roc The Mic chorus at the end.

On-Topic : I don't know if he bit the entire line with no modifications .. he did pay homage to some artists like that "Six minutes Slim Shady you're on" on Remember Me which was used in a Slick Rick song
And that "Ether" mimicking in "Say My Name"

I also remember him biting 2-3 Rakim lines around MMLP, and flows of Rakim, a lot of flows more so then lines.

You really have to distinguish between paying homage, using hip hop style and grace and biting. Biting is completely different to the first two.

The criticism of Jay-Z stems from him taking some not so well known Biggie lyrics and using them, thus it may be construed as biting. Also some of the BIggie lyrics he's used have almost so relation to him or connection with him, his rap persona or at worst the concept of the song - ie. "shut your bloodclot cryin, everybody diein, no lyin" that he used in 'DOA', that lingo is from Jamaica where Biggie originates from, so the usage of it by Hov was criticized.
