a simple mention doesn't always have to mean that the person mentioned will drop a verse now, it's not the same as Session One where at the end they call for Budden but there's no verse, that was ment for a Budden verse, this was simply a mention

not sure you can say that for sure since T.I. was locked up and all hahah. doesn't matter though, i'm content w/ royce and em, song is over 4m30s already anyway.
