Its Relapse style versus Recovery style and both styles are perfected on these EP's
1. Forever vs. Welcome To Hell
You really cant compare these...a club track versus an intro track but Forever takes it here. His verse on Forever is bananas and he sounds hungry as a mothafucka
2. Hell Breaks Loose vs. Fast Lane
Both Flows are crazy as far as Em is concerned, especially the half on the third verse on Hell Breaks Loose but Fast Lane takes it here for me
3. Buffalo Bill vs. The Reunion
Both are Slim Shady but Buffalo Bill is Relapse's Slim Shady and The Reunion is Slim Shady LP-esque Slim Shady.....but I'm gonna go with Buffalo Bill just because of the insane rhyming and flow
4. Elevator vs. Above The Law
Never was a fan of Elevator and I love Above The Law.....no contest here
5. Taking My Ball vs. I'm On Everything
Both of these tracks are the worst of the EP's....Porter's beat is wasted here but I love the Mike Epps sample so I'm gonna go with I'm On Everything
Music Box vs. A Kiss
Not even a contest....Music Box sounds like its from the Marshall Mathers LP...and i truly think this is what Relapse 2 was going to be along with Psycho from BISD, Relapse content with regular voice....Music Box wins it and is a classic
Drop The Bomb On 'Em vs.Lighters
Drop The Bomb On 'Em is not terrible but nothing special or memorable....no hot lines....lighters wins by default
(Take From Me and Loud Noises have nothing to compare to but looking at the albums as a whole....I'll choose Hell because of the chemistry that Bad Meets Evil has.
What do you guys think?
