Yeah, I feel that way, too. There are usually a couple of lines in each song that I'm like, 'Hey, that's cool!". Maybe a pun or a reference I didn't catch, or a double entendre that actually ends up working three or even four different ways, and occasionally it'll point out the rhyme scheme, which I'm horrible at figuring out. But overall, Em's lyrics are pretty easy to understand.
