He definitely still pointed his finger everywhere, it's just harder to tell [and more work for him] because he's holding the towel in his hand for some reason.

I do miss the leaning thing he did though...and thanks, never seen this before. :y:

He's vibin' and moving with the beat in a great way. His performance not only sounded great back then, but looked it, too.
"This dude doing this interview wants me to spin a few,
Lyrics while I tie my tennis shoes in the nude
A romantic interlude in a livin’ room,
In an inner tube with a dude with a bit of lube
Fuck that I’m sniffin’ glue, sippin' gin & juice,
And a little bit of paint thinner with my dinner too,
You better pay me for my bars like your rent is due,
Now hurry up and finish dude before I finish you."

He did one performance of this song last year that I like better than this one.
Fuck top five, bitch, I'm top four
And that includes Biggie and Pac, whore
And I got an Evil Twin
So who the fuck do you think that third and that fourth spot's for?

If he was waving with a towel and leaning back and forth the way he did there now, people would laugh at him saying his performance sucks . If he made such little steps from side to side, they would say he just shitted his pants. If he was lipsynching the chorus in such obvious way today, people would call for his retirement.

IMO, this is the obvious case were the people decided to idealize the past and they can't see any mistakes he made. Which is funny because back in the day when these 2002 performances were new, people used to complain about them the same way they complain about his recent performances, saying they miss 1999 Eminem so much. In other words, he won't please some people with his recent stuff unless he dies unexpectedly. Then I'm sure we would see the biggest hypocrisy in the showbiz since MJ's death.

:worship: :worship:
I wanted an album so rugged nobody could touch it.
Spent a million a track and went over my budget.
Now how in the fuck am I supposed to get out of debt?
I can't rap anymore, I just murdered the alphabet.

I disagree. The movements aren't very aesthetic or whatever, but he just seems comfortable and natural, moving with ease and he's really feeling the music. That's what makes these performances more enjoyable to watch for me. He just seems much too tense and constrained in most of his recent performances.

This 2011 perfomance was good (the crowd was crazy). But... I don't know, he seems more confortable in the 2003 one.

And these movements in the chorus :shakehead:
