Nah.. not this time, at least not yet. The Beliebers are voting on the PCA website which is slow as fuck & the Facebook voting method is 3 to 4 times faster. No JB fan account on Twitter seems to be aware of this, they're still voting on the PCA website..

Whereas, there are more than a handful of Stans & fan accounts on Twitter aware of the Facebook method and they're voting alright! .. But the latest setback has been Enrique advertising the FB method on his Twitter - that will make it difficult for everyone, not that he has a shot at winning..
