its not that he is garbage, because like you said, he could be better if he wanted too, the problem is that he doesn't care for Hip hop or Rap, he likes to make party music and well, thats another story

RedFoo hasn't always been doing songs like Party Rock Anthem.

This is a song from like 10 years ago which he did with the Black Eyed Peas. They were all signed to Interscope back then, but it was before any of them got famous. RedFoo does the 2nd verse, so he can obvioulsy rap better than he does in Party Rock Anthem:
