I think it's the context in which he's using those lines, really. I don't find them all that bad though...on Throw It Up I feel the food references are better than other times, actually...they sorta have a point and he's attempting to be funny...talking about hitting a woman in the head with a Whopper after you asked for an application then said "fuck no I'm a rapper lulz" at the drive thru...rest of the verse isn't even about food.
