I'll just summarize the whole thing for you.

He's not going to say anything about the track yet because the album was pushed back, so we just have to wait and buy the album to find out anything about Richard. He thinks Em did a great job finding artists "who will take on the Shady legacy with him" when he signed Yelawolf and Slaughterhouse, and he's happy for Em. Obie isn't on the Slaughterhouse album, but he "feels" them and thinks they're great artists, and he likes Yela. When Em took his break from rap during his addiction, Obie encouraged him to do what's best for him and told him to choose life over death. Obie's glad he got clean because he can still talk with him and joke around and have a good time. He says he and Em talk about the past and get things out. The last time he was with Em was two weeks ago.

He doesn't say anything groundbreaking, it's all really obvious stuff, actually. This guy asks really weird questions.
