"Hopefully, the (lead) single is comin' soon... What I'd like to think the problem is that we had a few options and you just wanna be sure you have everybody on the same page on what records to go with. In total, I think, we have more than 30 records... To narrow it all down, it takes a while... I'm gonna trust the guy that sold the most records, I'm gonna trust him... this guy named Eminem. I think he's pretty good at that."
Elliott Wilson: Is it ultimately Eminem's decision?
"Well, he's so humble. He's so humble that he'll put it on, you know, whatever everybody wants to do as a collective. However, we're no dummies, we would like him to suggest as much as he can suggest, give opinions whenever he can. You know, he's extremely knowledgeable in that rap music area [laughs], so, you wanna try to utilize that as best as you can. So whatever he says, whether I personally agree with it or not, I'm going with it."
Joe also revealed that the opening track on the album features Eminem, and that it's "amazing," but he himself happens to not be on it.
