Making Emotional and Heart Felt Music about Personal life experiences?

IMO 2pac is the closest that is anywhere near the level of Eminem at making Emotional Music people can relate to aside from 2pac no 1 else comes close.

His 2nd and 3rd verses of Not Afraid hit me SO hard when I first heard them. No other artist will EVER be able to strike a chord like that with me.

Agreed with this and i think this is a general consensus too cos if you look at all these other Rappers that have Emotional/Heart Felt Singles or Songs be it 2pac, Joe Budden, Lil Boosie, ZRO etc Eminem has had his Emotional Singles be it Sing For The Moment, Mockingbird, Not Afraid, Lose Yourself etc that have been more succesful commercially and bigger Hits than those type of Songs from other Rappers.

I think Em has a special gift with putting Emotion in his Music that makes people relate and feel the Music like no other Artist i think it mainly is a combination of his great Song Writting and how much pain he went through in his life more than your average person goes through which makes it that lil bit more genuine, adds that lil bit more Emotion.

I don't think Joe Budden has anywhere near the quality of Production, Song Writting ability nor Melody/Hook Writting ability Eminem does yes Joe Budden does have a lotta Substance, is quite Personal and Introspective like Eminem but the overall package that goes with all that like dope Production, dope Song Writting, Hook Writting etc he falls short

Can you just not stand the fact that your idol can be compared to other people?

You said they are below him which means you feel Em's Emotional MUsic is better so i asked do you think him being a great Artist where he actually Sings makes him better adds more Emotion etc

No Artist, famous person is my idol the closest to an idol would be my parents but overall no 1 comes close to God so this whole Em being my idol seems pretty immature from you
