Detroit natives Shaggy 2 Dope and Violent J both said in the video (posted below, Eminem segment starts at 2:41 mark) that they respect what Eminem has done during his career, but don't believe he should be considered one of the best rappers of all-time.
"He's got skills, but to me it just sounds repetitive and whatnot," Shaggy said in the video. "I'm not saying he's whack in the least bit."
Violent J also appeared to give Eminem a back-handed compliment, and mentioned twice that ICP's relationship with Slim Shady is still "not cool."
"I can see why everybody loves him, I can see why he's the king he is," Violent J said. "But you know, he's just not our personal favorite. I respect him, though."
