One question about Eminem songs

I know Eminem writes his own stuff, but almost on every song there is some additional writers.

For example : On Cold Wind Blows , the writors are Marshall Mathers, Justin Smith, S. Byrne, H. Marsh, J. Perry, C. Synge and on Not afraid the writers are Mathers, Khalil Rahman, Chin Injeti, B. Honeycutt

So who are those guys ?
