I hate them, I'm just saying, you can't go and label one rapper as "real rap" and another as "fake rap" or whatever. It's pretentious to imply that you yourself knows what rap should sound like. The beautiful thing about it is the music that comes out of this genre is so diverse, it appeals to different people in different ways.

That's not a good comparison lol. The music you hear on the radio is entertaining and appealing to a wider audience. Artists like Obie Trice and Stat Quo are only familiar with a select few. And btw, Em might be the most famous rapper of all time, but he certainly isn't garnering enough buzz to have a huge impact in the media.
