Well you probably read the lyrics first so that is why you know what he is saying, same goes for me.

If you don't know the lyrics and you just listen to it for the first time, I find it is very hard too understand what he is saying at some points of his recent songs.

This is definitely true (for me at least). I couldn't understand shit the first time I heard My Life, and I'm referring to the CDQ.

People seem to hate it because they think Em is forcing his screaming. They don't believe he really is angry. I love it though it gets me pumped every time I here Em scream at the top of his lungs.

I love his voice on the song. Nothing is better than not being able to understand what the fuck he is saying. Then after a few listens you can understand and realize he isn't talking about anything at all. Awesome.
