Okay,I should most certainly approach this topic by saying that I'm a massive Eminem fan and most of you Stans out there consider Em's debut album SSLP as being a ''classic''. Now in my opinion the album IS a classic, more or less it had an amazing lyrical content attached to it,which is by far one of the most important features for rap music. However, whichever way you look at it,having an amazing ability to create a good lyrical content is not enough. Sometimes I get a feeling that back in the day,Em didn't put heart into his music, lack of emotions is really what bugs me the most in SSLP. You get an idea that Em is almost half-dead in some of the records. The only song which I really seem to enjoy and can relate to is Rock Bottom. I give it 10/10 and I'm not afraid to state that this particular song is one of his best. But the rest of the album is just meh. I mean My Name Is is almost unlistenable,as well as songs such as Cum On Everybody. The hook for both of them is just pathetic
