Richard is Em's best post-recovery verse?

his voice isnt yelling or weird, the topic matter isnt that great, but lyrically is not bad
kinda trails off towards the end of the verse but nothing really corny

been putting that verse on repeat

Ok. Thanks for your feedback.
I don't want you to be-lieve,
Cause this is something that I must use, to suc-ceed,
And if you don't like me then fuck-you,
Self-e-steem, must be fuckin' shootin' through the roof,
cause trust me,
My skin is too thick and bulletproof to touch me
I can see why the fuck I dis-gust you,
I must be allergic to failure, cause every time I come close to it,
I just sneeze but I just go a-choo, then a-CHIEVE

No. Lame food references ruin what would otherwise be a good verse with a sick flow.

Breyers ice cream makes you that mad?

Doesn't make me mad, just annoys me. Also, Big Bufords, Ruth Chris, Meijers, all annoying references. However, the verse is still good, just nowhere near the level of My Life, CLMR, or HCTW.

Food is important, necessary for survival. Why can't he make food references?

Do you hate it when he mentions when "walks" somewhere? Or when he's cold? Or when he's hot?

Jesus.

His best post-Recovery verse was probably something on Hell: The Sequel.

If we're saying "ballsy" things, I think Lose Yourself is slightly overrated.

It's a good song, but there are other songs in Em's catalog that deserve equal recognition.

I agree that there are other songs in Em's catalog that deserve equal recognition, but Lose Yourself is monumental and is only perceived as overrated because of all the praise it receives.

I would also like to add this to the post I made prior about Lose Yourself.
