I don't see a million at all. It's 2013, and even with the big Not Afraid hit prior to Recovery, and Recovery had a pretty big amount of hype prior to the release, he only did 740,000 (I sound mean, but 740,000 would be fucking incredible for anyone).

I'm not so sure we're getting a 2nd single, and if we don't, I really don't see Berzerk lasting long on the charts. I see it being We Made You success wise, a high debut, than falls off the charts within the next month or something.

Record sales are just not what they were 10-15 years ago. Basically double whatever someone sold today and that's probably what they would have sold in the early 00's. Recovery was huge success wise, probably one of the biggest albums in the world that year, and still only went 4x platinum. It would have went probably 7-8x platinum in the early 00's when record sales were much higher.

If it's just this single and no 2nd single, I see 650,000-675,000.

Everyone knows record sales are not what they used to be but with the image Em is portraying and this being a sequel to MMLP2 I think he can top Recovery's first week numbers. Don't think it will top Recovery's total numbers but first week is doable. Yes Recovery was one of the biggest albums that year, I agree. It was number 2 in sales World Wide, just behind Gaga's huge album.

The Carter IV (2011) by Lil Wayne did 1 million first week with two top 10 (one which was top 5) singles.

I predict 850k first week. 1 Mill is doable depending on the second single.

not happening.

not ems fault. its just that with torrents and fire-sharing on the rise, em (and 99% of other artists) will never have an album that tops MMLP / TES / Encore.
