And have preferred SSLP to TES..... but his first 3 are all flawless to me tbh.

they are pretty flawless. thats what makes it so difficult. and at the same time all 3 are so different, even in a 4 year span

He's a lot more vivid and aggressive on MMLP.

Combining SSLP + TES = MMLP

It just captures the essence of those two LPS - he was literally ahead of his time if he manages to sum up future work as well as past.

I love TES but MMLP just feels like the more complete album.

Has to be TES. Sometimes it's MMLP depending on the mood.

I can't decide, they're my 2 favorite albums of all-time by anyone. :worship:

In my view Eminem show is the best. Marshall Matthers LP is what people call "angry blonde", it's actually a big "fuckoff" to the whole world. It's quite entertaining, but TES goes deeper lyrically, and even my music teacher loved the beats on it. :D (When we taught about millitary songs she brought "Soldier" to the class). TES is not perfect (correct me if I'm wrong but I think for Say what you say would be better for a leaked internet beef song, I wouldn't put it on the record) but there's no perfect record.

One more important thing, at TES Em started to feel the responsibility he has as an artist. His first two album's concept was "cross every line that I can", there's no problem with it, he was young, bitter, angry, and at the first times poor as well. TES is more mature. Em as a rapper, wasn't afraid to put out an emotional record like Hailie's song

That not means I stopped loving Stan, (damn, if Em banged Dido, I'm so jealous :D :D ) Under the influence (one of the most catchy hooks ever) but TES means a lot more to me.

I feel like MMLP is a better rap album, while TES is a better Hip Hop album. If that makes sense :confusion:
