Eminem's Influence

Postby shadyphantom91 » Oct 9th, '14, 21:00

In a recent thread there was a video where Usher stated that Eminem influenced him to make the album Confessions. So that got me thinking how many artists and musicians are inspired by Eminem. I would like to know if you the Fellow Trshady posters know of any other artists that are influenced by Eminem and it can be from any genre.
I'll start with the obvious ones that I know of:

Hopsin
Kendrick Lamar
J.Cole
Lana Del Rey
Jhene Aiko

Several hip-hop and pop artists have cited Eminem as an influence, including 50 Cent, Kendrick Lamar, Lana Del Rey, J. Cole, Skylar Grey, Bubba Sparxxx, Asher Roth, Machine Gun Kelly, Yelawolf, Hopsin, Tyler the Creator, Hollywood Undead, Chris Webby and Chance the Rapper. In addition, many contemporary rap pioneers have stated that he is one of the greatest rappers of all time, such as David Banner, Talib Kweli, Kool G. Rap, Redman and Jay-Z.

And Em got that from the original sample song. Joey Bada$$ isn't in Flatbush Zombies either. He's in Pro Era.

Although, they're very close. They've toured many times together.

I think you got me wrong.... I didn't mean to imply Joey was in Flatbush Zombies, meant that as two different statements lol
