Headlights is honestly 1 of my least favorite songs on MMLP2. I agree with the guy that said that if COMC wasn't made Headlights would've sucked. The rapping on it wasn't that good it was just the shock of hearing em apologize to his mom that caused people to love the song

me too, its actually really well written, the way he weaves the rhymes into the sentiment of the song is pretty sick. Most emotional songs are awesome because of what theyre about. So the Cleanin out my closet reasoning is kind of silly in my opinion. I don't really understand why it's to the songs detriment. Cleanin out of my closet wouldnt have been written if he didnt have issues with his mother... Now hes explaining his feelings in a new light.

He's going to win Best Rap Album and Best Rap Performance for Rap God. That'll be all he'll win IMO. I'm sure The Monster will sadly be nominated but whatever. Was really hoping Headlights would get bigger than it did, because it was a way way way more deserving song for Grammy accolades and what not.

MMLP2......wish Baby, Groundhog Day, Beautiful Pain, and Wicked Ways were on the real album version.

he should have gotten it before. but honestly how the fuck do you compare any albums that are of completely different genres. i mean if mmlp didnt win and it broke so many sales records, what do you need to do to win it?

with that said, i feel like they could give it to em at some point (this year included, i say that not knowing the other nominees of course) simply because of his impact on music. point being, give it to em because of how much he has sold and the global impact of his albums, singles, etc. simply because of that.

It ain't gonna win Album of the Year

To be honest, after he didn`t win AOTY for MMLP (or TES), wining it with MMLP2 would...leave a bitter taste. I love MMLP2, I think it`s amazing. But, MMLP was the album that broke records in sales without being something you would think people will buy. It was brutal, honest, offending, wrong... and incredibly good.

So, when you don´t get an AOTY Grammy for that... I don`t know. Fuck the Grammys.

This is honestly Eminem's best chance at ever winning Album of the Year. Beyoncé will probably get it but this is a weak field he'll be going up against.
