Eminem Samples Part 1,2 and 3

Amazing how many samples Eminem or Dre used for most of Eminems tracks. Kinda makes me wonder how the USA can still say Dre is the "Best Producer" of all time??? Anyways, take a peek and you judge :y:

im not saying that. im just referring to ur comment on dre, when so far out of those 3 vids guilty conscience, my name is, wats the difference, and kill you (i may of missed one or two but im just saying not even half of those samples were used by dre but other producers) are the only ones that dre is actually credited as the producer in the booklets. all the other samples were used by fbt , em himself or someone else

lol were you born last year?

a HUGE portion of hip hop beats are made using sampling.

look at kanye west's beats/songs/melodies for example...about every single song is sampled from an old song...

THAT IS HIP HOP.

looking through old records and finding samples.

why do you think rockers say hip hop requires no real talent? lol

I can deal with that man, im just saying like there are enough "borrowed" beats to make like 2 albums for Eminem. And the more i dig thru history i just find that there should really be no GOAT producer since they ALL sample :y: :y:

And who gives a fuck? :confusion: No one! ;)
Dre is best for me cuz he built Em's success for us  Dre used a lot of samples? Yeah, but i really don't give a fuck as long as "Em's lyrics" + "Dre's (even if it just sampled) music" = "Hella fuckin' good shit" :worship:
Ted Bundy did it, John Gasey did it, Jeffery Dahmer did it, Jim Baker did it, Jimmy Swaggart did it, Lil Rick did it... And why me can't do it? :confusion:

That's probably why a lot of people don't respect hip-hop. I wrote a paper on Hip-Hop's origins in college, and yes, it began with sampling. BUT, there is NOTHING wrong with change, and having Hip-hop songs have their own original beats.

However, I'd rather have a producer be creative enough to make their own original beats. That's harder than using someone's elses work as a template. Look at Kanye, 95% of his beats are sampled - can't he fucking get on a keyboard and come up with his own shit and make it amazing?

That's also why I like Eminem more than other hiphop artists; sampled beats in his catalogue are probably the lowest compared to other mainstream rappers.

Originality in music is king. Just because hiphop has sampled beats from the get-go doesn't mean it's the best.
