VHS....uhm, then you need a multirecorder for VHS to DVD...it might be expensive..
Or else you can film the TV-screen, but that would be crap...
The only thing a little easy to get might be the sound...

(would be cool if you managed to upload them somehow....don't think they are anywhere on the net :S (even if you only get the sound...we already knows the setting! )

Uhm, then you need some kind of cable that goes from your TV (one red plug plus one white) to your computer, and a jack (normal plug simular to the ones on headphones or microphone), plug that end in to your "Mic" on your computer, and then you need a recording program (if you dont have anything else windows sound recorder will do just fine!)

So I'll try to "Draw" it:

-Red plug____________________________________"normal" plug-
-White plug____/

so if you have that kind of a cable, it's easy (and its quite a common cable!)
