MTV 2009 EMA's Music Awards Tongiht

Well like i posted a few days back Eminem is up for 4 awards (maybe 3 i forget now) Starts at 7pm tonight my time. I'm not sure if he is confirmed to be there but it'll be a great show nonetheless. European Awards r more carefree than the States

MuchMusic in Canada and I'd assume MTV in the states???? And by carefree i mean that Europe is more laid back than the states. meaning the way of life and shit, the FCC is not as regulated as it is in USA either, so with that said, there r more freedoms allowed in Europe which makes for better channel programming

Its being aired live tho so it cant be on in 45 minutes in Germany, its 2pm here and its on in 5 hours live so wat ever time it is in Germany now, add 5 hours and it would be on no?
