I may be wrong, but I don't think Delux version came in a hard copy.

Yea it wasn't sold in stores but if you bought like the biggest package they offered with like a Tshirt and a signed autograph thing I thought there was a double disc with those two songs

This 2 songs has been released only in digital form, that's why i was surprised when they weren't included in Refill.
